This auction item you are bidding on is for an accompanied threesome at one of the most prestigious golf clubs in the Midwest. North Shore CC boasts 18 challenging golf holes, a state-of-the-art clubhouse and locker room, and luxurious amenities. This private club is member owned and it’s exclusivity makes it a great auction item worthy of your bid. Guests are only welcome on property when accompanied by a member. Here’s your chance to host a couple of friends or impress a co-worker. As far back as 1928 when the club hosted the Western Open, it’s been known for big events. The 1933 US Open and US Amateurs were contested here in 1939 and again in 1983. Nestled in the northern suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, North Shore Country Club has been providing premier services and facilities to its members and their families since 1900. As a traditional, invitation-only private club, members and families enjoy a home away from home experience that is unique, exquisite, and rich with history in a relaxed, family-friendly environment. Merely seventeen miles north of downtown Chicago, its well-manicured tree-lined property creates a picturesque backdrop for your day of golf. The club maintains very strict rules for guests regarding dress code, use of phones, and access to the facilities. The winning bidder will receive all appropriate rules including dress code, fees (if any), and other pertinent information during the tee time booking process.

A note from American Junior Golf Association: The American Junior Golf Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the overall growth and development of young men and women who aspire to earn college golf scholarships through competitive junior golf. We are raising money to support junior golfers who lack the financial resources to compete in national golf events. All funds raised from this auction will be used to provide scholarships allowing these juniors and their families to get reimbursed for travel related expenses, tournament fees, equipment, and other expenses related to being competitive. The AJGA hosts 140 tournaments a year and college coaches, equipment suppliers, and sponsors are invited to each event giving these juniors a chance to display their skills and earn college scholarships. Every dollar raised through this auction will go directly back to the juniors and our Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) Grant. Tax receipts will be sent to the winning bidder. Questions can be directed to the AJGA by emailing hwaits@ajga.org.

Item delivery: After you've paid for any auction items that you've won, the event organizer will contact you to coordinate delivery. Items won that include specific dates such as PGA TOUR tickets or AJGA tournament dates can not be changed or altered. Auctions won that include golf at private clubs will be coordinated through the AJGA in partnership with the private club and/or the hosting member. Winners of auction items should read carefully the terms and conditions included with the particular item you're bidding on and the winner and where included, guests, must comply with all T's & C's listed. This can include dress code, travel dates, and other similar guidelines.
