At the PING Fitting Experience in the Phoenix metro area, our team of Fitting Specialists leverages time-tested fitting techniques validated on the PGA Tour and on our Test Field at the PING Proving Grounds to unlock your full potential. During your Tour-level fitting experience, some of the assets your Fitting Specialist will employ include: AFS interchangeable fitting clubs, Trajectory Tuning technology, TrackMan Dual-Doppler Radar, the PING ShaftApp, the iPING 2.0 putting app, and Ballnamic, our proprietary golf-ball-fitting app. Whenever possible, you'll hit balls off natural grass, enabling a true evaluation of spin rates and turf interaction that cannot be duplicated on other hitting surfaces. During this time, your Fitting Specialist will help determine the right specifications to help optimize your performance. This item is for a VIP fitting at PING in Phoenix. The fitting is for one G430 Max or one G430 Max 10K Driver with STD graphite shaft. PING says this about the G430 Max Driver: "We took one of the game’s most forgiving drivers (and one of the longest) and made it even longer, while producing a more pleasing sound. An innovative face-design optimization leads to increased flexing for a big distance gain, and a 25-gram moveable backweight positions the CG to influence shot shape. Available in 9°, 10.5° and 12°." PING says this about the G430 Max 10K Driver: "It's called MAX 10K because it eclipses the 10,000 g-cm² combined MOI threshold, setting a record and making it our straightest and most forgiving driver ever. A fixed backweight, our largest head profile, and a Carbonfly Wrap crown help G430 MAX 10K launch the ball higher with less spin for consistently longer and straighter results."
A note from American Junior Golf Association: The American Junior Golf Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the overall growth and development of young men and women who aspire to earn college golf scholarships through competitive junior golf. We are raising money to support junior golfers who lack the financial resources to compete in national golf events. All funds raised from this auction will be used to provide scholarships allowing these juniors and their families to get reimbursed for travel related expenses, tournament fees, equipment, and other expenses related to being competitive.
The AJGA hosts 140 tournaments a year and college coaches, equipment suppliers, and sponsors are invited to each event giving these juniors a chance to display their skills and earn college scholarships.
Every dollar raised through this auction will go directly back to the juniors and our Liberty National Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) Grant. Tax receipts will be sent to the winning bidder. Questions can be directed to the AJGA by emailing hcollins@ajga.org.
Item delivery: After you've paid for any auction items that you've won, the event organizer will contact you to coordinate delivery. Items won that include specific dates such as PGA TOUR tickets or AJGA tournament dates can not be changed or altered. Auctions won that include golf at private clubs will be coordinated through the AJGA in partnership with the private club and/or the hosting member. Winners of auction items should read carefully the terms and conditions included with the particular item you're bidding on and the winner and where included, guests, must comply with all T's & C's listed. This can include dress code, travel dates, and other similar guidelines.
