Eaves blended five batches, each at barrel proof, ranging from 50% to 52% ABV. This batch is bottled at 100.6 proof. The whiskey is named for the Sweetens Cove golf course near Chattanooga, Tennessee, which has a cult following despite its lack of amenities.
