This rare bottle of single malt scotch from the Art of St. Andrews 2024 is quite rare with only 5 barrels produced globally. Matured in Amarone and Sherry casks, before a finishing period in first-fill Amarone wine casks from Verona. This bold red wine has imparted a deep copper color and rich flavor profile with layers of cherry, fig, raisin, and almond. As it crescendos, a whisper of cinnamon combines with the heady wine maturation to provide a rich, full-bodied dram. Also included are 700 ml bottles of Eden Mill's Golf Gin and Love Gin. Their golf gin is a botanically rich spirit with a slightly saline base which is made using kombu seaweed sourced in Fife. It also incorporates other ingredients inspired by the those flavors that can be found around coastal golf courses in Scotland, such as Lavender and Pine. Love Gin is crafted using raspberries and strawberries from Fife Fruits who are based at Tarvit Home Farm – just a 15-minute drive from our distillery. Alongside this are goji berries, red rose petal and rhubarb root, among other botanicals.
